【Abstract】 The present article studied the cell’s morfological parameters and the quantites of GAG by image analysis technique in porce cartilage that were preserved in 0.4% glutaraldehyde and formaldehyde mixture in a duration of 4 weeks,then allografted subdermal for a period of 1-5 months.The result shows that the cells density of the various experiment groups are all higher than those of the control’s(p<0. 01).The result suggests that the cartilage cells keeps the property of mitosis and fertility.更多还原
