【Abstract】 Vitiligo-cosmetic Cream was used on 161 cases of patients with vitiligo on the face or hands for cosmetic and treatment,Amelanotic macules become normal skin colour and it hardly fade and last for more 24 hours after covering. Repigmentation of the vitiligenous area was observde in 121 patients(75.2%)after using the cream for 7～180 days((?)=46.55 SD= 49.49d).Among them,1/3 patients showed curative effect in one month.In order to get the good results,application of the cream at least for 6 month was recommended.Because the cream has only local action,Systemic therapy should be taken while the cream is being used.更多还原
