膜法分离二氧化碳/甲烷的理论研究

【摘要】 本文利用目前卷式膜组件的性能,在单级渗透和加压操作条件下,借助于Shindo等提出的错流计算公式和四阶Runge-Kutta法,通过计算机计算,研究了二氧化碳/甲烷选择系数αCO2/CH4、操作压力比R、截留率(?)分别对二氧化碳浓度yCO2、甲烷浓度yCH4和单位甲烷流量FCH4等的影响,此外,根据计算结果提出了极限二氧化碳进料浓度XCO2#-和极限二氧化碳/甲烷选择系数αCO2/CH4、最佳操作压力比R°、最佳二氧化碳/甲烷选择系数α°CO2/CH4等概念。

【Abstract】 Based on the performance of the spiral -wound membrane module at present, the effects of the retention, the operating pressure ratio, the ratio of carbon dioxide to methane permeability coefficients on the carbon dioxide concentration, the methane concentration and the methane flux per unit membrane area were studied respectively by a computer using a calculation method presented by Y. Shindo et al. and 4th order Runge -Kutta method in the case of the single-stage permeation and the pressured operation. Moreover, according to the calculation results, concepts of the limiting feed concentration, the limiting ratio of carbon dioxide to methane permeability coefficients and the optimum operating pressure ratio, the optimum ratio of carbon dioxide to methane permeability coefficients were advanced in this paper.
