乳状液液膜体系中助表面活性剂LA的作用及其应用研究

【摘要】 本文提出了通过降低乳水界面张力来改善乳液分散的新途径,在一定程度上克服了依靠提高机械搅拌速度,来改善乳液分散效果时引起的乳液稳定性降低这一不良影响。研制了一种命名为LA的助表面活性剂,将其用于液膜体系可有效地降低乳水界面张力,极大地改善乳液的分散,提高液膜的稳定性,在液膜除酚试验中获得了良好的效果。

【Abstract】 In this paper,a new method is proposed to improve the dispersion of emulsion by lowering the interfacial tension of emulsion/water,which can offset the adverse effect of decreasing the stability of emulsion caused by increasing the agitation speed to promote the dispersion of emulsion. Moreover,a cosurfactant named LA has been developed,and when applied to liquid membrane system,it can effcicently decrease the interfacial tension of emulsion/water,dramatically improve the dispersion of emulsion and increase the stability of liquid membrane. In the experiment of phenol removal by liquid membrane containing LA,a very good result has been achieved.
