【摘要】 棉花花药培养愈伤组织的诱导是植株再生的第一步，基因型在愈伤组织诱导上的差别必将影响着植株再生。本试验中，亚洲棉愈伤组织诱导率最高，陆地棉次之，海岛棉较差，野生种最差。在花药愈伤组织诱导上，种间杂种没显示出优势，但陆地棉品种间杂交则表现出优势。不同基因型诱导产生的花药愈伤组织的颜色、质地、生长量和生活力不同，亚洲棉生长量最大，但活力较差。更多还原

【Abstract】 The induction of cotton anther callus was the first stage for plant regeneration,thedifference of genotypes on the callus induction of cotton anther culture would affect plant re-generation。 On this experiment,the induction rate of cotton anther callus of Asian cotton washighest,upland cotton,island cotton, wild species was in proper order from easy to difficulty。Superiority showed no by interaspecific hybridization, but by hybrid between upland cotton va-rieties on the induction of cotton anther callus.The colour,texture,growth rate and vigour ofvarious genotype anther callus were various,the growth rate of Asian cotton was more thanother species,but it’s vigour was poor。更多还原
