【Abstract】 In most of the coking plant phenolic oil manufactured by distilling coke tar was added with alkali to produce sodium phenolic which can be separated from neutral oil.Then sulfuric acid was put in sodium phenolic to get phenol which is one of fhe most important chemical raw material,and yet the waste water which is full of sodium sulfuric was discharged.This research is to add a few anti-milky agents to the waste water to recover oils,then make ammonia and carbon dioxide(or flue gas in replace)pass the waste water to preduce sodium carbonate and ammonium sulfate.更多还原
