【摘要】 红细胞免疫功能与红细胞膜上的C_3b受体数目及活性有关,而且受年龄和疾病的影响.采用红细胞C_3b受体花环试验和红细胞免疫复合物（IC）花环试验,检测冠心病17例;肺心病15例;慢性肾炎12例;健康老年人15例;健康青年人30例.结果表明:慢性肾炎病人C_3b受体花环率下降,IC花坏率升高,经t检验与正常老年人及青年人均有明显差异;正常老年人与青年人比较IC花环率呈下降趋势,但差异无显著性意义;冠心病、肺心病病人住院稳定期无差异.更多还原

【Abstract】 erythrocyte C3b receptor rosette test and erythrocyte immune comp lex (IC) rosette test, were determined in 17 cases of coranary heart disease (CHD) , 15 cases of lung and heart disease ,(LHD) , 12 cases of chronic nephritis and 17 cases of healthy old people. The results showed that the C3b receptor rosette rate decreased and IC rosette rate increased in the patients with chronic nephritis, compared with healthy old and young people; in healthy old people, the IC rosette rate slightly decreased comp-ared with young people , but there was ao significant difference; also, no change of IC rosette rate was observed in the patients with CHD and LHD when they were in hospital at stable stage.更多还原
