磁性流体密封及其发展现状

【摘要】 磁性流体密封是近几年发展起来的一项新技术,其在美国和日本等发达国家的发展很快,已经进入实用阶段,我国在这方面也有了一定的基础,并且越来越为有关的工程技术人员所关注。为了加速这项技术在国内的发展,从阐述磁性流体的产生、组成、性质和应用开始,着重围绕磁性流体密封的原理与应用和磁性流体密封的理论与计算方法,以及影响磁性流体密封性能的因素等几个方面,对磁性流体密封及其在国内外的发展现状作了综合介绍与评述,并且提出了几个值得重视的研究方向和课题。

【Abstract】 Magnetic fluid seal is a new branch of technology which rose in recent years.It hasbeen developed rapidly and entered practical application stage in developed countries such asAmerica and Japan. There has already been some research basis of the magnetic fluid seal in China.Researchers and engineers are paying more and more attention to this technology.o promote itsdevelopment in China,the magnetic fluid seal and its development status are introduced andreviewed synthetically from aspects of the generation,the composition,the property of the magneticfluid,and especially the magnetic fluid seal theory,computation method and the factors affectingthe seal characteristics. Some of the important research directions and programs are put forward.
