三种腐蚀磨损试验机与两种不锈钢腐蚀磨损性能的研究

【摘要】 腐蚀磨损现象广泛发生在石油、化工、煤矿和电力等工业领域的机械设备中,是造成材料流失和设备失效的主要原因之一。尽管这种磨损现象越来越引起了人们的关注,并且已经对其进行了一些试验研究,然而由于所用的试验设备本身就存在着一定程度的腐蚀磨损,因而很难保持其长期稳定的工作状态,而且目前国内外都还没有定型的专用设备出售。针对这种情况,设计研制了3种可以用于不同研究目的并能长时间稳定工作的腐蚀磨损试验机——稳态腐蚀磨损试验机、暂态腐蚀磨损试验机和料浆冲蚀试验机。其中,稳态腐蚀磨损试验机不仅可以用于评价材料在不同介质中的腐蚀磨损性能,而且还能够用于机理研究;暂态腐蚀磨损试验机可以准确地获得材料在不同介质中表面磨损的瞬间信息;料浆冲蚀试验机可以模拟实际工况,直观地反映出材料在腐蚀介质中的流失率,这对机理研究、选材和指导工程设计具有重要意义。对AISI316L不锈钢和双相不锈钢之腐蚀磨损性能的试验研究结果表明,这3种试验机的结构合理、工作性能稳定可靠,可以用于系统地研究腐蚀磨损。

【Abstract】 Corrosive wear,which is widely found in mechanical equipment of oil,chemical,mining and electrical industries,is one of the main reasons which induce material loss andequipment failure,Studies on corrosive wear have been earried out recent years,but there are manyproblems in corrosive wear testers and no special testers for experiments of corrosive wear.So threetypes of corrosive wear testers,which had good operating performance and could be used fordifferent purpose study,have been designed and man ufactured in our laboratory.The steady testercan be used not only for evaluating corrosive wear properties of metals in different corrosivemediums but also for studying mechanism of corrosive wear.Transient information of metal surfacebeing scratched in different corrosive mediums can be obtained from the transient tester.The slurryerosion tester can be used for evaluating corrosive wear property of metals in simulative conditions,this is important to mechanism study and material selection. Corrosive wear behavior of AISI 316Land dupiex stainless steel was studied by using these testers.The results indicate that these testerspossess good operating performances and can be used for studying corrosive wear systematically.
