【Abstract】 Pathological examination uf the skin was made in 100 cases of lepromatous teprosyafter completion of the course of treatment.AFB was seen only in the section of one case.There still were foamy cells to be seen in 35 cases.The cuta neous appendages showed atrophy in 58 and regeneration to a certain extent in 12.The free zone disap peared in 81,pigment in the epidermis inereased in 69 and evident proliferation of the epidermis hue pseudopapilloma were in two cases.In the dermis there was significant fibrosis in 85 and small foer of lymphocyte infiltration in 66 cases.更多还原
