【摘要】 对快速诱导（快诱组）和慢速诱导（慢诱组）两种气管插管方法中所遇到９例插管困难进行了对比分析，结果表明：快诱组多于慢诱组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。插管困难病倒中，导管误插入食管，快诱组高于慢诱组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。同时还发现插管困难男性明显多于女性。结果提示：鉴于插管困难与多种因素有关。因此，估计有潜在插管困难的病人，原则上不宜选择快速诱导，尤其在人力不足或通气设备欠完善时，更应注意，可选用慢速诱导插管，以策安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 The analysis of possible causes with nine cases of tracheal intubation difficulty in 200 cases with the rapid or slow anesthetic induction were reported. The results indicated that the difficulty with intubation in the rapid was more than the slow(P<0.05) and that the rapid induction had more chance to miss the intubation tube into esophagus than slow(P<0. 01), in male more than female, It proved that because the diffculty of intubation is various, if it is potential, don’t choose the rapid intubation, especially manpower or the ventilation is unsuitable, and the slow induction is more safe.更多还原
