磁性顺铂微球肝动脉栓塞的实验研究
An experimental study on embolization of the hepatic artery with magnetic cipplatin microspheres
【摘要】 从大鼠肝动脉注入平均粒径100μm的磁性顺铂微球,剂量4mg/kg。微球中含药量50%,载磁材量10%。体外用5200Gs磁场导向。术后2h、24h、72h、168h采用无火焰原子吸收光谱法分别测量靶区(左肝)及非靶区(右肝)的铂含量。结果各组经t检验均有显著差异。尤其是术后168h靶区含量高于非靶区接近一倍。证明磁性顺铂微球有良好的靶向分布作用。
【Abstract】 The carriers of magnetic microsphere containing 50% (W/W) cispplatin and 10% (W/W) magnetic materials were injected into the hepatic arteries in rats. 5 200 G-magnetic field extracorporally placed guided the direction of the microspheres at the left half liver. The average diameter of microspheres was 100μm. At 2h、 24h、 72h and 168h after cisplatin (4mg/kg) given, the amount of cisplatin was determined with flameless atomic absorption spectrophotometry in the left and the right half liver,respectively. The results showed that there was a significant defference between the left (targeted area) and right half liver (non-targeted area) in each group. The amount of cisplatin was about two times higher in left half liver than right at 168h. The experiment demonstrated that magnetic cisplatin-carrying microspheres could be targetly distributed.
