【摘要】 观察延寿丹及其撤方对小鼠过氧化脂质和脂褐素的影响。结果表明,延寿丹在体内能抑制正常小鼠肝匀浆过氧化脂质生成,并能降低小鼠脑、心、肝、肾和血脂褐素含量。提示延寿丹可能有益于维持体内自由基的动态平衡,保护细胞免受损伤。更多还原

【Abstract】 Effect of Yan-shou-Dan (YSD; Pellets for lengthening life) and its modified prescriptions on. lipid peroxides and lipofuscin was investigated in mice. The results showed that YSD could decrease the level of lipid peroxides in liver and lipofuscin in brain; blood, heart, liver or kidney. It suggested that YSD might maintain the dynamic alance of free radical and protect cells from any harm in human body.更多还原
