【Abstract】 Pclamp software system version 5. 5. 1 is the most advanced system in the world which is used in patch clamp experiments. Its design principle and construction are briefly described.The results of our application showed that the acquisition and analysis of date during the experiments with this software system is convenient, accurate, time-saving, highly automated and widely applicable. It provides a better means for electrophysiological experiments, expecially in ionic channel current research.更多还原
