【摘要】 本文用Ki67单克隆抗体对11例乳腺浸润性导管癌、10例乳腺良性病变做了研究。结果显示乳癌Ki67标记阳性率较高(M 12.5),良性病变较低(M 8.15),两者间差异有显著性(P=0.05)。乳癌Ki67标记阳性率与核分裂计数和核面积呈显著正相关(相关系数分别为0.849,P<0.01和0.740,P<0.01)。未发现与淋巴结转移、肿物大小和年龄之间的相关性(P>0.05)。更多还原

【Abstract】 Eleven cases of infiltrating duct carcinoma of breast and 10 cases of benignbreast lesions were studied by immuostain-ing with monoclonal antibody Ki67. The re- suits showed that Ki67 labeling rates of breast carcinoma were higher ( Median 12-5), benign lesions lower (Median 8- 15) , there was a significant difference between them (P = 0. 05).
