大肠良、恶性病变细胞核DNA含量及AgNORs定量研究

【摘要】 本文对83例大肠良、恶性病变细胞核DNA含量及核仁组成区嗜银蛋白(AgNORs)的定量研究,结果显示:非肿瘤性息肉核DNA含量接近正常粘膜,均为二倍体,腺瘤及腺癌DNA含量依次增高,均明显高于正常粘膜,分别有33.33%(10/30)和69.70%(23/33)的异倍体率。各组AgNORs计数结果也遵循类似的规律,且正常肠粘膜、非肿瘤性息肉、腺瘤及腺癌各组间AgNORs计数无重叠。表明DNA含量分析结合AgNORs计数及形态学观察对大肠肿瘤的早期诊断及良、恶性病变的鉴别有重要的价值。

【Abstract】 43 colorectal carcinomas, 30 adenomas and 10 non-neoplastic polyps were included in this study for the measurement of DNA content and AgNORs. The results showed that the DNA content of non-neoplastic polyps was similar to that of normal mucosas, all being diploidy. The DNA content of adenomas and carcinomas, however, was much higher than that of normal mucosas and non-neoplastic polyps , and the DNA content of carcinomas was moreover much higher than that of adenomas. 33.33% ( 10/30 ) of adenomas and69. 70% (23/33) of carcinomas presented DNAaneuploidy. As DNA content, AgNORs enumeration of the groups mentioned above was increasing from normal mucosas and non-neoplastic polyps to adenomas to carcinomas, and there was no grey areas among groups, the analyses of these two parameters combining with the morphological characteristics might be of great value in diagnosis of large bowel cancer.
