东北南部早石炭世植物群研究

STUDIES ON THE EARLY CARBONIFEROUS FLORA IN THE SOUTHERN NORTHEAST CHINA

【摘要】 自作者(1987)在辽东本溪群下部发现Sublepidodendron以来,又相继在吉南、辽南(范炳桓,1992)和辽西发现了Sub.sp.,Rhodeahsianghsiangensis等属于早石炭世的植物及维宪-纳缪尔A期孢粉化石,从而证实东北南部普遍存在早石炭世地层。本文记述了产于上述层位的植物化石30属79种,并归纳为Sublepidodendron-Archaeocalamites-Liopteris组合(带).东北南部早石炭世植物群中的一些属种,虽然显示了欧美植物群的特点,但其发生、演化又早于欧美植物群(分子),作者暂称为“东北南部早石炭世华夏植物群”。该植物群与东北北部安加拉植物群的界线,大致与槽台界线相吻合。

【Abstract】 The lower Carboniferous series in the southern Northeast China,generally 10-35m inthickness,up to 76m,include Gaotaizi Formation(F.)(East and South Liaoning,SouthJilin),Benxi Group,and Yangjiazhangzi F.,Hongluoxian Group(West Liaoning). Fromlower to upper,the basic rock sequence is basal conglomerate-ferruginous rock(Shanxi-styleiron deposit)-aluminous rock(G layer bauxite)-(feldspar )quartzose sandstone-carbonaceousrock(coal streak),with the corresponding lithochemical evolutionary series of iron-alum-nous-silicon一carbon. There are 30 genera and 79 species of early Carboniferous flora,mainly Lycopsida,Fil-ices and Pteridospermopsida,secondly Sphenopsida,Cordaitopsida and Seed fossils Gym-nospermarum. The flora can be summaried into Sublepidodendron-Archaeocalamites-Linopteris assemblege(zone),belonging to late Tournaisian-Namur A age and conformablycovered by Liujiasha F. of early Middle Carboniferous(Bashkirian),containing Lioproductus,Ovatia.The flora in the study area can be correlated roughly with those in Gaolishan F.inJurong, Jiangshu province;Ceshui F.,Furongshan F.,and Zhongxin F. in Hunan province;Eryuhe F.in Shanyang,South Shanxi province;Chouniugou F.and Jianyuan F.in Gansuprovince;and also with the contemporaneous flora in East Germany,England and other for-eign countries(Table 1 ,2).Although some genera, species of the Early Carboniferous flora in the southern NE Chi-na are same or similar on features with those in Etirope and America , but on the age,theformer is earlier than the latter.There are also early Cathaysian flora in the study area,which are called Early Carboniferous Cathavsian flora.So , China and East Asia should beconsidered as birthplace and early evolution area of plants over all the world,There are obvi-ous zoning phenomena of palaeogeography in Early Carboniferous flora in the area,whichtogether with those in South China are called“Cathaysian flora provinces”.The boundarybetween Cathaysian and Angara flora povinces is lined to the north of 42°N,roughly identi-cal with the fault between syncline and platform. To the westsouth of Cathaysian floraprovince is Gondwana flora province.According to the contrasting results on the contempo-raneous flora in the study area with in the South and WN China,Early CarboniferousCathaysian flora province can be subdivided into North,South and WN China sub-province.
