高分子载钯催化剂的合成及其对异丙叉丙酮选择加氢反应的催化性能研究
Synthesis of Several Polymer-Supported Palladium Catalysts and Their Catalytic Behavor for the Selective Hydrogenation of Mesityl Oxide
【摘要】 苯乙烯、二乙烯基苯经悬浮共聚合制成珠状、大孔、交联共聚体,再经氯甲基化、胺化反应制成各种功能基化聚合物.以这些聚合物为载体与PdCl2反应,再经还原制成聚合物担载钯催化剂.用这些催化剂在80℃,10kg/cm2及无水甲醇溶剂中进行异丙叉丙酮的选择加氢反应,考察了催化剂的活性及选择性
【Abstract】 Copolymer of styrene-divinylbenzene in bead form was made by suspension polymerization .After chloromethylation and amination, five kinds of polymeric amines were thus obtained. These polymers were reacted with palladium chloride, and were then reduced. The polymer-supported catalysts synthesised above were used to catalyze the selective hydrogenation of mesityl oxide under reaction condition of 80℃ and 10kg /cm2,using methanol as a solvent. The catalytic activity and MIBK (methyl isobutyl ketone) formation selectivity of the catalysts were examined.
