【Abstract】 In this study, the antiarrhythmic efficacy of propafenone, 70 mg i. v.in one dose was evaluated in 92 patients with OAVRT, of which 32 patients underwentprospective electrophysiological study. The effective rate of propafenone in OAVRT is52/00. Its efficacy in OAVRT may be attributed to the inhibition of retrograde conduction of the accessory pathway.更多还原
