伸张区宽度和韧窝直径与常规力学性能之间的关系

【摘要】 研究了伸张区宽度(I)和韧窝直径(P)与常规力学性能之间的关系.研究结果表明,l与σ_y/(1+n)之间、D与(S_F-σ_b)/S_F之间均呈现出良好的线性相关关系.这可从伸张区和韧窝形成过程与各阶段塑性变形的关系中得到解释.

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of process of formation and effect factors of stretched zone and dimple,the rela-tionships among stretched zone width,diameter of dimple and some mechanical properties are obtained. For martensitetempered on high tempraturc,the stretched zone width linearly increases with the decrease of ~σy/1+n, and the diameterof dimple linearlv increases with the inerease of S_v-~σb/S_i.
