喷吹工艺对轴承钢GCr15断裂力学性能影响的研究
STUDY ON THE EFFECT OF SL TECHNOLOGY ON THE FRACTURE MECHANICAL PROPERTIES
【摘要】 通过金相、电镜等手段对SL(钢包喷吹Ca-Si粉)工艺和CAB(钢包吹氧)工艺GCrl5钢中的非金属夹杂物进行了分析和测试;应用断裂力学的方法对两种工艺的GCrl5钢KIC和△Kth进行了测定。结果表明:采用SL工艺的GCrl5钢中夹杂物体积分数下降,大颗粒夹杂显著减少;KIC和△K(th)均有所提高。
【Abstract】 The inclusion of steel GCr15 using the SL and CAB technology has bten studied and determined with SEM and optical microscopy. The method of the fracture mechanical properties were applied to measure the K1c and ΔKth of the steel GCr15. The experiment results showed that the volume fraction of the inclusion and the number of the large size inclusion using SL technology were smaller than those using CAB technology and the value of Kic and ΔKth were increased by use of SL technology.
