【Abstract】 he present paper described the experimental study on the final deoxidation in the ladle with Al-Si-Ba-Fe cored wire.The deoxidation power of the Ba alloy system,removal of deoxidation preducts in the liquid steel and the effects of the new deoxidizer on the quality of the continuous cast-ing steel are analysed from the viewpoints of thermodynamics and kinetics and a conclusion reached that replacement of Al with the Al-Si-Ba-Fe cored wire will bring about noticeable economical ef-fectiveness and social benefits.更多还原
