钢包喂Al-Si-Ba-Fe包芯线脱氧工艺研究

【摘要】 本文叙述在钢包内喂入Al-Si-Ba-Fe包芯线作终脱氧的试验研究,从热力学和动力学分析Ba系合金的脱氧能力。对钢中脱氧产物的排除及对连铸钢坯质量的影响。用它替代Al脱氧且具有一定的经济效益和社会效益。

【Abstract】 he present paper described the experimental study on the final deoxidation in the ladle with Al-Si-Ba-Fe cored wire.The deoxidation power of the Ba alloy system,removal of deoxidation preducts in the liquid steel and the effects of the new deoxidizer on the quality of the continuous cast-ing steel are analysed from the viewpoints of thermodynamics and kinetics and a conclusion reached that replacement of Al with the Al-Si-Ba-Fe cored wire will bring about noticeable economical ef-fectiveness and social benefits.
