超氧化物歧化酶合剂对正常小鼠某些免疫功能的调节作用

【摘要】 本文观察该SDM对正常小鼠某些主要免疫功能的影响。经研究发现该合剂5ml╱kg、10ml/kg po·qd×10,无论是否用致裂原刺激均可明显提高小鼠淋巴细胞转化率。7.5,15ml/kg或5,10,20ml/kg po·qd×10均可以明显增加抗体形成细胞数;并提高小鼠血清中溶血素水平。结果表明该合剂可增强机体的细胞免疫与体液免疫功能。此外,SDM尚可降低小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞在脂多糖(LPS)诱导下产生IL-1的活性。此结果与SDM抗自由基的作用相吻合,说明SDM对于重要的单核细胞因子有调节作用。

【Abstract】 Superoxide Dismutase Mixture(SDM)was provided by Anhui Helson Pharmaceuticals Limited. Our present study was designed to investigate the effects of SDM on immune functions in normal mice. It was found that, no matter with or without mitrogen, SDM 5-10ml/kg(po qd×10) could stimulate lymphocyte proliferation. At the dosages of 7. 5-15ml/kg or 5-20ml/kg(po qd×10),SDM also enhanced the formation of antibody forming cells and increased the value of HC50 significantly. The results suggested that SDM could enhnce the furctions of both celluar immune and humoral immune. The results also showed that SDM, well matched in its anti-free-radical effects, reduced IL-1 activity from macorphage in the presence of LPS and would be considered as having immunomodulatory activity on the important monocyte factor.
