【Abstract】 14 cases(24 eyes )of blind acute neuritis who got not the curative effect after general treatmeot,in whom largr dosage of Methy-prednisolone is given with battering treatment,have received satisfving result. Following-up 6 to 12 months,there is not recurrence. It indicates that the curative effect of Methyl - prednisolone with battering treatment is wonder. The effed is quick.The side -effect is little.
