【摘要】 对63例人工晶体植入术后2月～1年存在循规性角膜散光的患者，用刀片在裂隙灯显微镜下行角巩缘断线术，断线后角膜散光显著减少，尤其是在术后5个月内断线者，裸眼视力明显提高，因其不需特殊器械，故认为刀片断线是矫治人工晶体植入术后循规性角膜激光简便、省时、安全而有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The corneal astigmatism of 63 cases with direct corneal astigmatism was observed after the corneoscle-ral sutures were cut off with blade through slit- lamp in 2 months - 1 year after ECCE with IOL implanta-tion. The results show that the corneal astigmatism de-crease and the naked visual acuity increase obviously after cutting the sutures in 5 months after operation.Results above imply that this method is a simple,se-cure and effective method to decrease the corneal astigmtism after ECCE with IOL implantation.更多还原
