【摘要】 本文采用Goldmann－Weeker暗适应计对老年性黄斑变性（AMD）、早期AMD患者及年龄匹配的正常对照组分别进行了暗适应功能测定。结果显示，AMD及早期AMD暗适应与对照组比较，中心20度30分钟杆锥细胞敏感性都降低，晚期AMD较早期AMD的暗适应敏感性降低显著；暗适应阈值与患者的视力相关。提示AMD早期视网膜杆锥细胞都受到损害。更多还原

【Abstract】 Dark Adaptation was measured for patients with Aging macular degeneration(AMD) and early AMD patients and for age - matched contro1s by Goldmann -Weeker adaptameter respectiviy. The patients with AMD and early AMD showed decreases in sensitivity for both rods and cones and an increased time constant of recovery for rod function after 30 min at the central 20°. The advanced AMD bad markiy dec:cased in sensitivity for dark adaptation than early AND in that. The threshold cf the dark adaptation correlated with the visual acuity of the AMD patients.
