【摘要】 采用平阳霉素注入治疗翼状胬肉共３８１８例５６２８只眼提示：此疗法简单易行，局部治疗后胬肉呈退性性萎缩。静止期组胬肉头部萎缩消失，球结膜恢复正常状态。进行期组胬肉萎缩，头部后退体部色苍白变薄。疗效显著，无副作用。适用于农村广大患者集中治疗。是一种较理想的非手术治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The injection of pingyangmicin was used to treat 5628 eyes of 3818 patients. The pterygium had a retraction atrophy after local treatment. The head of pterygium in resting stage vanished gradually,the bulbar conjunctiva returned to its normal state. The at rophy also took place in active stage,the head of pterygium retrograded and its body be came pale and thin. This method has proved to have significantly curative effect and carbe applied to concentration treatment in countryside.更多还原
