【摘要】 本文观察１６３例急性中风病人血压的自然变化。住院血压≥２１．３／１２．７ｋＰａ者为７４．２％．而住院第１０天仅占３５．６％。在住院１０天期间血压逐渐下降。住院时血压越高，血压下降幅度越大。中风早期的血压升高可能是对脑部病变的一种应激反应。提出对中风急性期血压升高的处理意见。更多还原

【Abstract】 The natural changes of blood pressure was studied in 163 cases with acute stroke.On admission 74. 2% of the cases had blood pressure ≥21. 3/12. 7 Kpa white only 35. 6% on the tenth hospital day. In the first ten days there was a spontaneous blood pressure decline and the higher the blood pressure at first,the greater the decline. The early elevation of blood pressure is likely a stress response to brain diseases. The principle of treatment is indicated to the patients who have elevated blood pressure.更多还原
