【摘要】 笔者对８６例腰椎间盘突出的ＣＴ表现与手术进行对照分析，ＣＴ诊断准确率为９４％，其特征性表现：（１）腰椎间盘后缘局限性软组织密度块影突入椎管。（２）硬膜囊受压移位。（３）神经根水肿或湮没。（４）突出的髓核滑移。（５）脱出髓核的钙化或骨化。（６）碎块形成。同时ＣＴ图像上可清晰显示椎体骨质赘生、椎管或侧隐窝狭窄、黄韧带肥厚、上下关节硬化以及椎间盘真空征等伴随异常。本文对ＣＴ诊断腰椎间盘突出的优点及限度作了简短讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Features and operations of 86 cases of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc are compared and ayalyzed in this paper. The accurate rate is 94% by CT.
