【摘要】 本文对42例急性白血病患者进行随访观察。探讨了急性白血病首次复发后的预后因素。结果发现:第二次完全缓解率（CR₂R）、第二次持续缓解时间（CCR₂）及生存期（SD）与首次化疗后骨髓白血病原始细胞减少指数（MBDI）、达第一次完全缓解的疗程数、首次化疗前白细胞总数、第一次完全缓解时间及复发后化疗方案的选择等因素有关。说明白血病细胞的增殖能力和白血病对化疗的敏感性影响着急性白血病复发后的预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 we have anzlyzed the courses of 42 patients with acute leukemia. It was shown that MBDI<80% , WBC counts >30×109/L, first remission duration< 6 months and numbers of first chemotherapy course≥3 implied a poor prognosis for patients with acute leukemia in first relapse. Their second remission rate was lower, second remission duration and overall survival were shorter than that of control group. In addition, we believed that second remission rate will be raised if we use the different chemotherapeutic schedule for reinduction.
