【摘要】 应用ＣＴ引导立体定向术对３８例高血压性脑出血行血肿抽吸治疗，对照组１４例行内科保守治疗。两组均采用Ｊｏｓｅｐｈ量表评定疗效，进行比较。结果揭示：抽吸组优于对照组。两组病例在入院与出院时的评分存在显著差异，抽吸组在术后各阶段比术前评分明显提高（Ｐ＜０．００１）。本文就抽吸时机．适应症，术后治疗及预防并发症等问题进行探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 AbstractCT-guided stereotaxic aspiration of intracerebral hematoma were performed in 38 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,conservative therapies were carried out in 14 cases of the same disease as controls.Therapetitic effects were evaluated with Joseph grading system. Results showed that remarkable differences of scores existed in these two groups during admiassion and discharge.Scores in the postoperative stage of the aspiration group were remarkably higher than that in the preoperative stage(P<0.001). The opportunity and indication of aspiration,postoperative treatment and prevention of complications are discussed.更多还原
