【摘要】 ６例癌痛病人施行了埋藏式硬膜外腔给药系统置入术。经该系统注射吗啡后，疼痛缓解，ＶＡＳ为Ｏ。硬膜外腔注射吗啡在治疗癌痛，尤其是对口服麻醉性镇痛药效差的癌痛病人时，不失为一有效的措施。采用埋藏式硬膜外腔给药系统可避免经皮硬膜外腔导管长期给药产生感染的可能。更多还原

【Abstract】 he implanted epidural delivery system was conducted in 6 patients with cancer pain. After morphine adminis-tration by the system,a complete pain reliefe was obtained.The implanted epidural delivery system had a less riskof infection than the percutaneous epidural catheters.It is suggested that the technic is a favorable choice in the pa-tients who are less responsive to oral narcotics.更多还原
