【摘要】 应用美兰－布比卡因混合液作肋间神经阻滞于剖胸术后镇痛。结果：美兰－布比卡因混合液持续镇痛时间为２４．９５±１．２ｈ，优良率高于０．４５％布比卡因组和对照组。说明美兰与布比卡因合用可增加止痛效果，并延长时间。在尸体模拟操作染色、造影等，肋间注药主要沿肋沟扩散，阻滞肋间神经而产生镇痛。美兰处理后的脊神经根切片镜下观察来见到细胞结构受损或破坏。更多还原

【Abstract】 he analgesic effect of intercostal nerve block with 0.4%methylene blue-0. 45%bupivacaine mixture wasstudied.45 petients undergoing thoracotomy were allocated into 3 groups with 1 5 case each:Control(groupⅠ),0, 45%bupivacaine(group Ⅱ)and 0.4%methylene blue-0.45%bupivacaine mixture(group Ⅲ).The results showthat 0.4%methylene blue-0.45%bupivacaine mixture produced a better analgesic effect than 0.4%bupivacaine.Microscopic examination of the spinal nerve roots stained with 0.5%methylene blue showed no pathologic changessuggesting that the mixture is safe and efffective for nerve blockl更多还原
