【摘要】 本文对２０例病人进行加压和减压试验，比较在清醒时、静吸复合麻醉下、术中及苏醒后四种状态下，动脉压力反射敏感性（即Ｒ－Ｒ间期与收缩压的线性回归方程的斜率）的变化。结果表明，麻醉后其敏感性较清醒时显著减低（Ｐ＜０．０１）。该结果提示，静吸复合麻醉一定程度地抑制动脉压力反射功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 o compare the changes of arterial baroreflex sensitivity,defined by the slope of regression line(change inmsec of R-R intewal per RPa incresse or decrease in systolic blood pressure),the pressor test and depressor testwere performed in 20 patients under four condition:awake,intravenous inhalational anesthesia,operation and recov-ery.The results show that the arterial baroreflex sensitivity,compared with that in awake decreased significantlyduring anesthesia(P<0.01).The results suggest that the arterial baroreflex sensitivity is depressed in certain ex-tent during intravenous inhalational anesthesia.更多还原
