【摘要】 从1989年3月至1990年5月行体外震波碎石术（ESWL）的病例中收集20例,分为经皮肾穿刺造瘘测压组（PCN组）和经膀胱输尿管逆行置管测压组（插管组）,观察其 ESWL时肾盂内压力的变化。结果显示:PCN组与插管组 ESWL时肾盂内压均较非ESWL时显著升高（分别为 P<0.01和 P<0.05）。文中还就ESWL中肾盂内压变化的意义进行了讨论,并提出了预防措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 From March 1989 to May 1990 20 cases of ESWL were divided into two groups:(1)PCN with pressure monitoring (PCN-PM)and (2)retrograde ureteral intubation with pressure monitoring (RUI-PM). Intrapelvispressure (IPP) change were investigated in the 2 groups. It was reveaded that IPP were higher in 2 groups during ESWL than that of ones in non-ESWL (P<0. 01 and P<0. 05).
