【摘要】 观察了高特灵治疗前列腺增生症(BPH)30例的临床效果:每日服用高特灵2~4mg,1~2月后,夜尿次数减少者占83%,排尿困难均有不同程度改善,最大尿流率由治疗前9.1±4.3ml/s增加到12.4±5.9ml/s(P<0.01),平均尿流率由4.1±2.1ml/s增加到6.2±2.9ml/s(P<0.01)。笔者认为高特灵适用于轻度BPH及腺体较大而不宜手术者的对症治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effect of hytrin on 30 cases of prostatic hypertrophy was observed, after administration with 2-4mg of hytrin daily for 1-2 month, nocturia reduced in 83% of patients. Symptoms of obstruction relieved in almost all patients and maxium urinary flow rate increased from 9. 1±4. 3ml/s to 12. 4±5.9ml/s(P<0. 01), a verage urinary flow rate from 4. 1±2. 1ml/s to 6. 2±2. 9ml/s(P<0. 01).
