【摘要】 引用湖北省沙市精神病院研制的精神疾病计算机诊断系统（ＣＳＰＤ）与国内外公认的诊断标推进行临床诊断对照研究。１２１例精神疾病患者分别进行临床诊断（ＣＣＭＤ－２）、机诊（ＣＳＰＤ）、ＤＩＳ／ＤＳＭ－Ⅲ－Ｒ、ＰＳＥ／ＣＡＴＥＧＯ诊断。结果说明机诊具有良好的敏感性和特异性，对提高临床诊断一致性、准确率有重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 AbstractA clinical study of comparison between Computerized system for psychiatric diagnosis(CSPD)thatwas designed by Shashi Mental Hospital and some authorized diagnostic creterias were made,121 pa-tients with mental disorders were diangnosed by CCMD-2,CSPD,DIS/DSM-Ⅲ-R and PSE/CAT-EGO,The results showed that the computerized diagnosis had high sensitivity and specificity。It hadsome important values to improve the consistency and accuracy of clinical diagnosis on mental disorders。更多还原
