复合引发剂引发α-蒎烯均共聚反应及共聚产物分离研究
STUDIES ON HOMOPOLYMERIZATION AND COPOLYMERIZATION OF α-PINENL INITIATED BY COMPOUND INITIATORS AND SEPARATION OF THE PRODUCTS
【摘要】 研究一系列阳离子引发体系下的α-蒎烯均、共聚反应。发现AlCl_3/SbCl_3体系具有高引发活性,能得到分子过较高的α-蒎烯均聚物,聚合机理也不同于常用的AlCl_3等Lewis酸引发体系;与单独AlCl_3引发相比,AlCl_3/SbCl_3能有效地引发α-蒎烯/苯乙烯的共聚合,两种单体的活性差缩小,共聚产物收率和分子虽提高。用臭氧化-层析联用法可达到分离α-蒎烯与苯乙烯的均、共聚物的目的。
【Abstract】 A series of Compound initiating systems for the homopolymerization and copolymerization of α-pinene were investigated.It was found that the AlCl3/SbCl3 had high aetivity and gave a resin with high moleculary weight, the polymerization mechanism was different from that of AlCl3 .In the copolyme5ization,AlCl3/SbCl3 can reduce the differences between polymerization activities of α-pinenc and styine. The copoly-merization produets can be seprated primarily by the ozonization method.
