松针叶绿素-胡萝卜素软膏中酸性物质化学组成的研究
STUDY ON THE CHEMICAL CONSTI-TUENTS OF ACIDIC FRACTION IN CHLORPOPHYLL-CAROTENEPASTE FROM PINE NEEDLES AND TWIGS
【摘要】 叶绿素-胡萝卜素中酸性物质主要由脂肪酸和树脂酸组成,其中树脂酸占60%~75%,脂肪酸占20%~30%。酸性物质中各组成的含量与树种有关。分析鉴定表明,马尾松叶绿素-胡萝卜素软膏中含酸性物质28.0%(占软膏重),从该酸中分离出31个色谱峰,鉴定出25个化合物,其中主要成分为海松酸(10.96%)、去氢机酸(19.06%)和油酸(8.29%)等,鉴定出的组分占总酸量的91.57%;赤松叶绿素-胡萝卜素软膏中含酸性物质22.8%(占软膏重),从该酸中分离出31个色谱峰,鉴定出25个化合物,其中主要成分为山达海松酸(29.75%)和去氢枞酸(23.50%)等,鉴定出的组分占总酸量的98.20%;樟子松叶绿素-胡萝卜素软膏中含酸性物质26.4%(占软膏重),从该酸中分离出31个色谱峰,鉴定出25个化合物,其中主要成分为松叶酸(36.01%)、油酸(15.66%)和去氢枞酸(14.80%)等,鉴定出的组分占总酸量的98.30%。
【Abstract】 The acidic fraction in chlorophyll-carotene paste from needles and twigs of some coniferous trees consists of fatty acids and resin acids which account for 20%~30%and 60%~75%of the total acids ,respectively. The content of each acidic fraction in the paste is dependent on tree species. Results of analysis show that the acidic fraction accounts for 28.0% of the paste from Pinus massoniana,25 of the 31 components sepa-rated were identified, which make up 91.57% of the total acids with pimaric acid(10.96%),dehydroabietic acid (19.06%)and oleic acid (8.29%)etc. as main compo-nents. Acidic fraction accounts for 22.8% of the paste from P. densiflora. 25 of the 31 components separated were identified, making up 98.20%of the total acids with san-daracopimaric acid(29.72%)and dehydroabietic acid(23.50%)etc. as main compo-nents. Acidic fraction accounts for 26.4%of the paste from P. sylvestris var.mongolica. 25 of the 31 components separated are identified,which make up 98.30%of the total acids in which pinifolic acid(36.01%),oleic acid(15.66%)and dehydroabietic acid(14.8%)are dominating.
