【摘要】 经皮肿瘤内射频治疗肺癌，是将经皮肺穿刺活检技术发展为一种治疗肺癌的方法。在活检以后，通过保留的针管将特高频电磁场导入肿瘤内施行辐射。射频电磁波在生物介质中产生的热及非热效应，凝固癌组织，杀死癌细胞。根据肿瘤大小差异，分别采取单点或多点辐射，使肿瘤破坏更彻底。本技术应用于临床以前，经历了肿瘤模拟物、离体肿瘤、动物实验证实之后（该论文在中华放射学杂志待发）。治疗１０例中晚期肺癌，术后症状改善，ＣＴ扫描、血管造影及再次活检，均证明疗效明显。无并发症发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Percutaneous intratumor radiofrequerncy therapy is a new methed devolved from the technique of lung puncture biopsy.After percutaneous biopsy,the super high frequency electro-magnetic field was introduced into the tumor through biopsy needle channel,radiofrequency electro-magnetic field evoke heat and non-heating effects in bio-medium which can coagulate the tissue of cancer and sterilize the cells of cancer,Dependent on difference of the tumor sizn,a single or mutiple point radiation were adopted.We had used this technique to treat ten cases with pulmonary cancer,The clinical symptom improved in all patients.The result was proved by CT scans,angiography,rebiopsy,and nocomplication is occured.更多还原
