【摘要】 将86例变应性鼻炎患者（AR）分为三组,分别用H₁、H₂和H₁+H₂受体拮抗剂治疗,观察H₂受体拮抗剂的疗效。结果是H₂受体拮抗剂可使鼻细胞图中淋巴细胞增多并伴有临床症状改善,鼻分泌物中IgE含量降低,同时表明,H₁与H₂受体拮抗剂合用对治疗AR有协同作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The ratio of cells in nasal secretion presented in table or graph was called nasal cy-togram. The nasal cytogram was studied in eighty-six patients of allergic rhinitis who were randomized into three groups and treated with H1,H2 and H1+H2 antagonists respectively which could increase the ratio of lymphocyte in nasal cytogram and improve clinical symptoms, and could decrease.
