【摘要】 本文对212例经手术后病检证实为卵巢肿瘤的B超声像图进行了回顾性的对比分析,按病理诊断将卵巢肿瘤分为六组,发现B超对卵巢肿瘤的诊断与病理诊断的一致性较好,可达90.6%。本文主要对各组卵巢肿瘤的声像图特点进行了讨论分析,并指出应重视B超在卵巢恶性肿瘤早期诊断中的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,212 utrasonograms of ovarian neoplasms divided into six groups and assured by postoperate pathological studies, were reviewed comparing with pathological diagnosises.It turned out that 90. 6% ultrasonographic findings accorded with pathological diagnosiss. The ultrasonographic features of every group were discussed. In conclusion , We think that ultrasonography should be put in an important position in order to detect ovarian neoplasm early.更多还原
