【Abstract】 Imaging characteristics,probing views and operating metheods of transesophageal Doppler e-chocardiography in 50 patients with various cardiovascular diseases had been studied since 1991 by using single-plane transesophageal Doppler probe in this paper. Coronary flow reserve (CFR) were assessed in 28 of patients. Imaging advantage, practical value and limitation of transesophageal Doppler echocardiography were discussed.更多还原
