起重机吊钩拖动绕线电动机他励双高调速系统
A Separate-excited Speed Regulating System with Double High Performances for the Wound Rotor Asynchronous Motor Used in Driving Crane Hook
【摘要】 本文提出励磁电流可自动控制的他励式双高调速系统设计方案。系统在提升特别是在下放重物时,具有较硬的机械特性;在负载10%~100%的变化范围内,可实现最大偏差100%≤10%,调速范围D≥10;在满载运行条件下,可节约电能80%以上。
【Abstract】 A design scheme of a separate-excited speed control system with double high performances is presented in the paper. This system has a harder external characteristic at hoisting heavy duty especially at unloading. Within 10%  ̄ 100% load variation, the ratio of the max speed deviation to the min speed, which is 100% is≤10%,and the speed regulation range D is≥10. It can save over 80% power consumption at full aoad.
