【摘要】 ＸＣＦ／ＫＹＦ－２４充气机械搅拌式浮选机联合机组是为万吨级以上、每系列处理量约５０００ｔ／ｄ的大型选矿厂提供的新型高效浮选设备，实现了充气式浮选机水平配置，节省新建选矿厂投资，方便老厂改造。该机组的设计重点放在吸浆槽，采用了叶轮充气区与吸浆区分开的措施，解决了充气式浮选机能吸浆，通过计算确定了合理的结构及运转参数。文中还论述了流程及配置的原则。该机用于金堆城钼矿改造中，钼粗精矿品位提高３％～３．５％，回收率提高１％。节电３９．８７％，２号油、煤油、黄药分别节省４６．２７％、３６．８６％和２８．２２％．更多还原

【Abstract】 The combined flotation unit of XCF/KYF-24 pneumatic-mechanical cells developed by BGRIMM staff is designed as a new。type high efficiency flo-tation equipment for large scale mineral processing plants of over 10000t/d through-put or 5000t/d per section。It has rendered a plant capable of horizontal layout of pneumatic flotation cells,which requires less investment in a newly-built plant or facilitates the renovation of an old one。This unit features a special design of the pulp suction cell,with separate zones for impeller aeration and pulp suction,thus realizing the pulp suction ability in a pneumatic cell.Based on calculation its rational construction and operation parameters are elaborated。The technological flowsheet and layout principles are also discussed in this paper。In reconstruction of Jinduicheng Molybdenum Mine,China by using such flota-tion machines,increases of Mo concentrate grade by 3%～3.5%and Mo recove-ry by 1%are recorded.Mireover,energy consumption,additions of No。 2 pine oil,kerosene and xanthate are reduced by 39.87%,46.27%,36.86%and 28.22% respectively。更多还原
