充填仪表微机监控系统
THE MICROCOMPUTER-BASED MOMITORING SYSTEM FOR FILLIMG PROCESS
【摘要】 本文介绍一种充填过程监测控制系统。该系统采用自行研制的以8031单片机为核心的单回路控制器,它能对充填料制奋过程中的浓度、搅拌桶液位、灰砂配比等参数进行全自动监测和控制。由于充填环境比较恶劣,各类嗓声干扰严重,因此在系统设计时从总体设计、电源、接地和内部软硬件等各方面采取了一系列抗干扰措施。该系统已在白银有色金属公司小铁山矿运行一年多,实践证明,该系统功能完备,控制精度高,能在恶劣工况条件下稳定可大地运行。
【Abstract】 This paper describes one Kind of monitoring system used for the process offilling in the minde- out area, Developed by ourselves, the single pipeline comtooller takingModel 8301 chip microprocessor as a core has been used in the monitoring systemto auto。matically monitor and control the parameters such as concentration, pulp level in stirredtank and cement·samd ratio etc. in the fill materials preparation. Due to more severe fillingenvironment and noise disturbance, a series of resistance to disturbance measures were tak-en in the design of microcomputer-based monitoring system, such as in the overall designand in the design of power supply, earth connection as well as internal software and hard-ware etc. This system has been used for more than one year in SmalI Iron Mountain mineoperated by Baiyin Nonferrous Metals Company. The practice has proved that this systemis well·found in functions and high in control precision as well as can operate;tably and re-liably under the severe working conditions
