【Abstract】 In this experiment,we observed a protective effect of captopril on experimental diabetes in mouse.CPT could decrease the elevation of serum LPO and blood sugar contents in allox- an-intoxacated mice.These results suggested that CPT decreased alloxaninjury of pancreat- ic B cells,through anti-oxygen free radical or antr-lipid peroxidation.更多还原
