【摘要】 对我院临床送检的各种细菌培养标本中分离出的54株铜绿假单胞茵,经系统鉴定后,进行血清学分型及耐药性观察,结果表明54株铜绿假单胞菌血清型以6、9型为主要流行株,占分离株的27.78％、24.08％。对10种抗生素敏感性较高的依次为氟哌酸、丁胺卡那霉素、多粘菌素,其敏感率为92.60％、74.08％、59.26％。更多还原

【Abstract】 54 stems of P. aeruginosa seperated from the samples of various bacterial culture from the test laboratory of our hospital were carefully identified. The typing of serology and ob- servation of drug resistance were made. The results showed that types 6 and 9 were the main epidemic strains, which account for 27. 78% and 24.08% of the seperate strains, respective- ly. The highest sensitivities to the ten antibiotics in turn were: Norfloxacin, amikacin, polymyxin and their sensitive rates 92.60%, 74.08% and 59.26%, respectively.更多还原
