【摘要】 我科自１９８１～１９９２年，共收治颌骨ＭＦＨ１４例，均经病理证实。木文就颌骨ＭＦＨ的临床早期表现、Ｘ线表现、诊断及治疗等进行研究，以期加深对颌骨ＭＦＨ的认识，提高诊断与治疗水平。作者认为，对本病诊断主要依据病理诊断，但应密切结合临床症状、体证、Ｘ线表现；治疗以广泛性根洽术为主，术前、术后辅以化疗或放疗，术后应密切随访观察，从而提高生存率。更多还原

【Abstract】 From 1981 to 1992,we have retrospectively studied 14 patients with mali-gnant fibrohistiocytoma(MFH)of the jaw. This paper tries to discuss among the clinicalsymptom,radiographic appearance,diagnostic alld therapeutic principlcs,in order to makean advancement for recognition of jaw’s MFH,improve both diagnostic and therapeuticlevels. By analysis of these cases,we think that,the diagnosis of jaw’s MFH mainly de-pends on pathological cxamination. But it also should combines the clinical symptomwith manifestation and radiographic appearance,The operation is the main therapy. We suggest that,it must have an early diagnosig,early extensive radical dissection com-bined with chemotherapy and radiotherapy preoperatively and postoperatively, improve a survival rate.更多还原
