【摘要】 本文通过对168例下颌智齿拔除前后第二磨牙远中牙槽骨和牙周情况进行对比观察,发现智齿拔除后,可出现第二磨牙远中牙槽骨缺损、牙周袋形成、溢脓。部分病例出现第一磨牙与第二磨牙间接触点破坏、食物嵌塞、龈炎、牙龈萎缩,这些并发症的发生与智齿的萌出程度、阻生方式、术前是否频发冠周炎、拔牙时手术难易程度、拔牙创有无感染及上下磨牙间交合关系有关。为预防智齿拔除后并发症的发生,我们采用生物活性玻璃陶瓷颗粒充填智齿牙槽窝,收到了较为满意的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Alveolar bone and periodontal conditions distal to the second molar have been observed in 138 cases whose third molar were extracted. We found some periodontal complications of the second molars following third mclar extraction such as severe osseous defects distal to the second molar, the formation of pcckefs and periodontal abscess. Some patients had loosed connection between the first and second molars, food impaction, gingivitis, gingival recession. Those complications are related with state of eruption and positions of thid molars, frequences of pericoronitis before extraction, the degree of difficulty in the operation, infection of the extractive socket and occlusal relationship between upper and lower dental arch. In this article we contributed our experience of filling extrctive socket of third molar with bioporcelain to reduce the complication after operation, and the result was satisfactory.更多还原
